Each Noti-Fish unit has the ability to connect to your smartphone using Bluetooth via the
Noti-Fish Companion app. From there, your phone gains insight into the full wireless network —
even across long distances.

By keeping a device with you, your phone stays in sync with the entire system, allowing
the network to extend its full potential range. Fishing with multiple units unlocks true
long-range performance and ensures alerts reach you wherever you are on the ice.

Typical range between nodes exceeds one mile in open conditions, allowing you to
cover whatever distances are needed – and always be there to ‘catch the excitement’

Q: Does it work in subzero temps?
A: Yes! Several tests have been performed in -20°F conditions.
Each unit is powered by a NiMH-based rechargeable battery pack — a chemistry known for its superior
cold-weather performance compared to typical lithium-ion cells. NiMH batteries maintain stable output even
in extreme cold, making them an ideal choice for harsh winter conditions on the ice.
